ResQU2 Platform increases preparedness and coordination of rescue operations. ResQU2 stands for “Enhancing the durability of learning experiences gained in ChemSAR, HAZARD, DiveSmart Baltic and Mirg-Ex projects on guidelines, operational plans and procedures and exercises related to incidents at sea and in ports”.

Southwest Finland Emergency Services participates in ResQU2 Platform since it was a partner and WP leader in HAZARD project (Staff Exchange, Joint Exercises and Communication in Emergencies). 

Duration and budget

The duration of ResQU2 Platform is from 1 October 2018 to 31 March 2021.

The Platform is funded by Interreg Baltic Sea Region. It is also a Flagship of the EUSBSR PA SECURE.

The budget of ResQU2 is 1M euros from which 100 000 euros is addressed to Southwest Finland Emergency Services.
